We balance physical activity, recovery and lifestyle to cultivate better health, optimise performance and expedite recovery from injury. 

Client Management

At OPTIM7SE, we manage a number of clients out of London and worldwide.  We deliver this through our bespoke 1:1 coaching and clinical services. We also offer access to support online via remote management and products. 

Education

We educate others. We have established ourselves by delivering workshops and seminars for both those in the health care industry and for those outside. We are currently growing an educational course series for fellow health professionals to develop individuals on their journey of supporting others. 

Network

We are passionate about teamwork and often draw upon our extended network of health and fitness practitioners.  We pride ourselves developing this worldwide network in order to facilitate our client’s access to highest level of care and support no matter their location or needs.

Doug Tannahill

Doug is a strength and conditioning coach and osteopath with over 20 years in the health and fitness industry. He has had the pleasure of helping professional athletes, figure competitors, gym junkies, class bunnies, CEOS, weekend warriors, individuals recovering from pathologies and everyone in between.

If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health.
